Clarks Summit Family Session

Here in Pennsylvania we are currently transitioning from summer to fall. The mornings and evenings have a coolness to them that reminds us that summer is quickly slipping away, but the days are gloriously warm with abundant sunshine and the tinge of changing leaves. I would argue it is always a good time to take family pictures, but lately the weather has been exceptional for family portraits! I had the privilege of visiting the Peregrim’s farm & orchard in Clarks Summit for a lovely big family session. There were so many wonderful pictures and it was hard to narrow them down to share! I hope you enjoy looking at these, their love is tangible and what a gift family is!

At some point of a family session the kids need a breather and it’s mom and dad’s turn to shine! Almost 20 years of marriage and 10 kids looks good on these guys!

At one point I turned around to see all the kids surrounding grandma and her bag of treats! You want the ultimate tip for a successful family session?! An extra person to dole out snacks!

We ended the session in the orchard! The Peregrims are the seventh generation to live on, and operate their farm & orchard with their ten children. As a former farm kid myself, I have a deep appreciation for our local farmers! It’s more important now than ever to know your local farmers and support them!
